Rather than wait as long as 2-3 weeks for your new dental crown, you can walk into our office and walk out with your new CEREC crown the exact same day!

Dr. Travis Storey will use computer-aided design (CAD) and manufacturing (CAM) to capture digital images of your tooth and jaw, design a crown, and then create that crown for installation — all right there in our office.

You get a reliable, strong, restoration of your tooth with an esthetic crown installed using the CEREC system.  Cerec crowns are sturdy and resist abrasion, making them more likely to last.

The procedure:

1. Our dentist will take digital pictures of the tooth that needs a crown.
2. A model is then created and uses CAD/CAM technology to take digital images and create a digital model of your tooth.
3. The Cerec machine takes the model and creates, or mills, a 3-D tooth out of ceramic. This process only takes about 25 minutes.
4. The new crown is polished and cemented inside your mouth.
5. You leave the office with the new tooth and do not have to come back for an additional appointment which saves you time, money, and the need for an additional injection.
